Since the you know what needs fixing you can get it done before listing your house on the market and it could safe time and money in the long run.
Some of the issues which could be possible deal breakers may be:
- Mould
- Roof
- Electrical
- Foundation
- Plumbing
- Skirting/fascia boards
- Water damage
