Guidance for Buying and Selling Houses

“Guiding Kiwis though Buying and Selling” a house is what settled.govt.nz,  a Website, specializes on and it has lots of very helpful information.
As it says on the ‘About Page‘:
“Settled.govt.nz is brought to you by the Real Estate Authority (REA). REA is the independent government agency that regulates the New Zealand real estate industry. Our goal is empowered consumers working with trusted real estate professionals. Our vision is a better real estate experience for all.”

In the section for buying a home are five categories and each has articles which provide great guidelines.
Under the category of ‘researching the property‘, as in house inspection,  you will find six posts, one of which is about
leaky buildings.

The ‘Resource‘ page on this website has lots of useful tools like quizzes (like ‘Open Home‘ and ‘Multi Offer‘), videos, checklists and guides, for example,
the ‘Residential Property Sale and Purchase Agreement Guide.

The ‘Glossary’ on settled.govt.nz provides an alphabetical listing, covering the terminology of the property language, making it easier to understand.
